At the question his head dips lower and he grips his sleeves. Did Goten not know yet? Or was he just confirming? ]

[Ow that hurts, Eric. He stares at the blond for a while before laughing nervously. It's poor attempt to keep his own sprits up. Goten reachs up and scratches the back of his own head.]

S-Shizuo said so too but I know he's somewhere. Izumo wouldn't do that. I just gotta find him. Um, I'm gonna keep looking and I'll even bring him by here when I find him!

[Goten feels awful. He hates this. He wants Izumo back. He doesn't want to see Eric like this...]

[ Eric looks at Goten from that laugh. Was this some kind of denial? ]

Mikoto...snapped. Burned his whole temple down. He felt it, Goten...

[ And he should feel it too, right? That whole energy thing...Goten should know better than almost everyone.]

But it's Izumo....there's no way...he can't.

[Right? Goten has been through this before with friends, gods and all. But it's Izumo he wouldn't just dissappear. He'd been around for awhile too. He wants to believe that and he's really trying. He frowns at Eric, shoulders slumping.]

[ There had been a couple that left that Eric knew. But, even Goku a shared shinki to Ren, didn't hurt this much. Izumo was around since his day one and always...

[Eric, you're worse then Shizuo... Goten just lowers his eyes, frowning more]
