[ Yata has no idea how he is here, getting roped into this, but here he is. Looking for Eric. For reasons he's not even sure about. Except he doesn't even know where to find the guy, so he goes hunting on the BBS in hopes of locating him there.

That's at least a starting place, so Eric gets a text a short while later while Yata struggles to figure out how to go about this. ]

[For something as urgent as this, there's an awfully long pause as Ren types out things and then deletes them and then hems and haws over sending anything at all, until he finally decides on this:]

[ Sorry Goten but Eric's not at his phone nor even sees it. He's too busy staring off ibto space.

[After a few more attempts, Goten frowns and flies to Eric's home. What was the point of having a phone when no one answered? He really doesn't understand why everyone got upset at him for never carrying it. Carrying it around isn't any different then not having it if the other person doesn't answer.

So there isn't long before there's a knock on the temple door---if that does un answered he's going to start peeking into windows.]

[ Eric tilts his head as he reads the text, before glancing into the other room to spot Ren under a pile of sleeping kittens. He rolls his eyes as he types back. ]

Hes gotten along well with the others now another might be okay

[ Outside Eric’s room, he will find a box with a card on top of it, with his name written on it. ]

[ Late on the evening of the 24th, a brightly wrapped present is left outside the door to Eric's temple, bearing a tag with his name on it.

Inside he'll find a new hoodie that fits him a little big, but is especially warm. There's also a wrapped gift for his puppy. ]

[Eric will find a lumpy present sitting outside his room in the morning, as nicely wrapped as possible in blue paper with a yellow ribbon. Inside is a light blue zip-up hoodie with a dog face and ears on the hood, and a Christmas card with dogs in Santa costumes on it and a small note inside:]
