it can be! i'm sure how important depends on the person. but it is one of the easiest ways to brighten your day if you need it. or someone else's.

i know, i feel bad i didn't get to this sooner (oT-T)尸~~
the fountain is pretty big though so they've been doing okay with that and the bathtub
